4th Derwent Dambuster will take place on Saturday 18th April 2009, starting
below the Derwent Dam wall at Fairholmes. |
| Entry to the Derwent Dambuster 2009 is now closed. If you are too late, and your entry is unsuccessful, we will return your cheque by post, unless you have indicated on your entry form that we can keep and donate the £10 to Challenge Cancer Through Adventure. Nearer
the date of the event, we will post further details about registration,
parking, facilities, maps, etc on this website, so keep checking back.
On the day of the event, you will need to register at the registration desk, which will be clearly signposted at Fairholmes, and indicated on the map on this website. There you will be issued with a number. Attached to your entry form is a leaflet explaining how people diagnosed with cancer can benefit from the opportunities offered by Challenge Cancer Through Adventure. Please pass this leaflet on to anyone you think may be interested. If you want more leaflets, contact us at: info@challengecancer.org.uk You don't have to, but if you want you can raise money for CCTA by getting yourself sponsored. If you wish to make donation, without having to go running round Derwent Dam, or you receive a donation on behalf of the Charity, we can claim gift aid (a refund of the tax paid) from the Inland Revenue. We need the donor to complete the Donations Gift Aid Form (click to download), and send the completed form to the address on the form with each donation. Please make sure that all the information is provided in order that we can make the claim.
